Service Description

🌿 Bilingual Outdoor Class – Walk & Strength 45-minute cardio & strength class outdoors at the beautiful Atto Beaver Park ☀️ Move, breathe, and build strength in a simple and supportive environment. Accessible for all levels. The class includes: ➡️ Warm-up ➡️ Cardio mixed with strength exercises (tubular resistance band needed) ➡️ Cool down ➡️ Stretching Designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and respect your body. Important: Participants must be in good general health. If you have any medical condition, injury, or specific concern, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. By registering, you confirm that you are cleared to participate in physical activity.


Politique d'annulation

Classes are non-transferable from one session to another. In case of bad weather, you will receive an email no later than 8:30 AM to confirm if the class is postponed. If a class is cancelled, it will be rescheduled at the end of the session.
